Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:
β€’ The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
β€’ The product must be in its original packaging
β€’ Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Please note:
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
β€’ Used or damaged products caused after delivery
β€’ Sale or discounted items
β€’ Gift cards
β€’ Personal use items where hygiene may be affected

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
